A note before we begin

You are allowed to show up exactly as you are, uncertain, overwhelmed, or still figuring it out, and be met with warmth instead of judgment.

Welcome

Therapy that feels supportive and authentic

Therapy is a space to slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of the challenges life brings. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, parenting stress, trauma, self-esteem issues, and communication difficulties.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients build insight while also developing practical tools for everyday life. I believe therapy should feel supportive and authentic, a place where you can explore emotions without judgment, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating change, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, therapy can help create space for growth, healing, and lasting change.

“I became a therapist because of my deep desire to walk beside others on their own journey, and to be a validating presence not everyone gets to experience.”
